I had a great stay at the hotel. The location was super convenient for my Sunday morning appointment in the Montpelier area, and they even let us check in early so we could rest before our event. The room had a refrigerator, which was helpful, but it didn't have a microwave as advertised by Holiday Inn.
Upon arrival, the room felt cold and stagnant, needing ventilation. Despite this, the staff was accommodating, allowing us to rest early before a busy event. Service from Tom and Melissa was exceptional, even arranging a handicap-accessible room. The location, just off Rt, provided easy access to major highways, making it a convenient pit stop during travel. Dining options were limited for breakfast, but the hotel's facilities were well-kept and enjoyable.
Wow, this hotel was such a gem! The room was big, comfortable, and incredibly clean, making for a cozy stay. The staff were not only nice but also made sure we had everything we needed, even arranging a handicapped room for us. The location, while not perfect, was convenient for our plans, and the morning dining experience was really good. However, it fell short in the facilities department, which is a shame. Overall, great value for money!
